稀土六方Z型铁氧体Ba3-xLaxCo2Fe24O41的制备与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Z type Hexaferrite Ba3-xCo2LaxFe24O41

【Abstract】 The particles of Z type Hexaferrite Ba3-xCo2LaxFe24O41 doped Lanthanum was synthesized through a sol-gel method. The optimum sintered temperature and maximum mole fraction of x for La3+are 1250oC/5h and 0.30,and the microwave absorbency are better as the increase of La3+ amount from 2.0GHz to 10.0GHz for the series of particles doped lanthanum.
