二(L-半胱氨酸尾式)卟啉锌(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与光谱性质

【Abstract】 A new L-cysteine acid tailed porphyrin and its Zinc(Ⅱ ) complex were synthesized by L-cysteine acid and 5,15-[p-(dimoethoyl)phenyl]-10,20-diphenyporphyrin .FAB-MS UV-vis IR ,element analysis and chemical analysis were used to determine the structures of the porphyrin and zinc(Ⅱ ) complex. The FTIR spectra(4000-400cm-1) of L-cysteine acid tailed porphyrin and its Zinc(Ⅱ ) complex were measured and investigated . The major bands have been emprically assigned in comparison with L-cysteine acid tailed porphyrin and its Zinc( Ⅱ ) complex .
