卟啉掺杂MEH-PPV作为发光层的多色有机发光二极管

【Abstract】 Multi-color emission from porphyrin-doped poly[2-methoxy-5-(2’-ethylhexyloxy) -1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) has been investigated with a device structure of ITO/PEDOT-PSS/MEH-PPV+x% porphyrin/Al as varying applied voltage. Porphyrin used here was 5,10,15,20-tetra-p-tolyl-21H, 23H-porphine (TPP) which is considered more soluble comparing with 5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl-21H,23H-porphine. Three colors of red, yellow and green were observed as the increasing of applied voltage. On the other hand, the relationship of color changing and concentration of TPP was also studied. Such kind of OLED is possible to apply at special spots, e.g. traffic lights.
