激光沉积碳纳米管聚合物薄膜的场发射性能

【Abstract】 A novel method of preparation of carbon nanotube-phenol formaldehyde resin films on stainless steel by pulsed laser deposition at room temperature in air ambient was developed. The result showed that the films inhibit good electron field emission.
