形态粒径可调的磁性金属纳米结构的制备

【Abstract】 Magnetic metal (Fe, Co, Ni) nanoparticles have wide foreground of applications in fields of magnetic resonance imaging, drug targeting, and catalyst etc. owing to their unique properties. This paper reported the preparation of a series of magnetic metal nanostructures (FeNi, Ni, Co) by solution phase reduction in the system of surfactant-cyclohexane-water. The influences of the kinds of surfactant and the concentrations of metal ions on the structures were studied. The phase, shape and size of the samples were characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected-area electron diffraction pattern (SAED). The magnetic properties of FeNi nanocrystals were studied. The results indicated that modifying the experimental parameter could control the shape and size of Co and FeNi nanocrystal. Spherical Ni, FeNi nanocrystals can be prepared in the system of polyglycol (Mw = 20000)-cyclohexane-water, in which only micrometer grade cobalt spheres with thorns were obtained. With oleic acid and trioctylphosphine oxide as surfactants cobalt chains were prepared.
