单分散MnFe2O4/SiO2纳米粒子的合成和表征

【Abstract】 MnFe2O4 nanoparticles are synthesized by using sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (NaDBS) to form water-in-toluene reverse micelles. A water-in-oil microemulsion method has been applied for the preparation of silica-coated MnFe2O4 nanoparticles,and two different nonionic surfactants (Triton X-100 and Igepal CO-520) have been used for the preparation of microemulsions. As synthesized, these particles are coated with a layer of silica. MnFe2O4/Silica nanospherical composites have been studied with X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (TEM ). The results prove that these MnFe2O4 /SiO2 nanoparticles are truly superparamagnetic.
