新型单克隆抗体荧光探针染料的合成
Synthesis of Novel Monoclonal Antibody Fluorescent Probe Dyes

【Abstract】 Rhodamine derivatives are prized for their high fluorescence quantum yield, long excitation wavelength, pH insensitivity over a broad rang(low to neutral pH). As a result, they are used as fluorescent probe dyes widely. Two novel rhodamine-based monoclonal antibody fluorescent probe dyes with hydrophilic linker were synthesized and determined.
