稀土离子与辣根过氧化物酶相互作用机理

【Abstract】 The interaction mechanism between RE(III) and HRP was investigated with the biophysical and chemical methods and cytochemical techniques, such as autoradiography, liquid scintillation counting, electron microscopy etc. The experimental results indicated that when RE(III) concentration is as low as10ppm, the interaction between RE(III) and HRP is weak, leading the change in the conformation of HRP, the exchange of Ca(II) in the cell and the slight change in the cell ultrastructure. It results in that the activity of HRP was increased by 21.2%. When the RE(III) concentration is as high as 80ppm, the interaction between RE(III) and HRP is strong, leading the significant change in the HRP conformation and the excessive exchange of Ca(II). Thus, the cell ultrastructure was significantly damaged the HRP activity is decreased by 30.8%. The different RE(III) show the different interaction ways and degree with HRP.
