具有抗肿瘤活性的三萜皂苷的合成与生物活性研究
Synthesis and bioactivity studies of antitumor triterpenoid saponins

【Abstract】 Triterpenoid saponins are an important family of natural products. It has been found that many triterpenoid saponins bearing α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1->2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl moiety generally have significant antitumor activity. We accomplished the synthesis of two typical triterpenoid saponins with this substructure, β-hederin (1) and hederacolchiside A1 (2), and evaluated their bioactivity thereafter. Lotoidoside D (3) and E (4) are two saponins bearing N-acetylglucosamine discovered from roots of Glinus lotoides, and were found to have antiproliferative activity against WEHI-164 cell. We synthesized them from easily available oleanolic acid, and pharmacological showed their antitumor activity to HeLa cell.
