Cu/Sepiolite选择催化还原NO的性能及机理的研究
Study on the Performance and Mechanism of Cu/Sepiolite for NO Selective Catalytic Reduction

【Abstract】 The modification conditions of sepiolite was chosen by orthogonal experiments. The catalysts for reduction of NO with CO was made of Copper Nitrate solution impregnated on modified sepiolite. The catalytic performance of Cu/sepiolite was studied under oxidizing conditions. The samples were characterized by TGA, XRD, BET and H2-TPR. The maximum conversion of NO in the presence of oxygen was observed on the Cu (5wt.%)/sepiolite which was calcinated at 400℃ . The addition of Ce and Sm to Cu/sepiolite catalysts had been found to improve the catalytic properties. Under the same experimental conditions, the catalytic activity of Cu/sepiolite was better than Cu/ZSM-5 catalyst.
