苯选择加氢制环己烯纳米非晶合金Ru-Fe-B/ZrO2催化剂表征与操作条件研究

【Abstract】 A novel Ru-Fe-B/ZrO2 catalyst with high activity and high selectivity for benzene hydrogenation to cyclohexene has been developed. The index of the catalyst γ40=226 h-1 which expresses 226g benzene conversion per gram catalyst per hour, and the selectivity to cyclohexene of the catalyst reaches 81.6% at a benzene conversion of 40%,.The amorphous alloy character was confirmed by means of XRD, TEM and SAED, and the texture parameters such as the specific surface area, the pore structure, the pore size distribution and the pore volume etc were measured by N2 physical adsorption. Under the conditions of pilot experiment, the effects of ZrO2,the concentration of zinc ion and pretreatment on the activity and selectivity in the reaction system have been investigated. Tthe suitable composition of the system was as follows : H2O(V) / C6H6 =2: 1, Cat(m)/ZrO2(m) =1:2,[Zn2+] =0.50~0.60 mol L-1. The reaction time is 10~15min. The maximal yield of cyclohexene is about 50%.
