【Abstract】 In this paper, the main process using –SO3H ionic liquid as catalyst as follows. Firstly, a process of the preparation of TMPD by condensation, cross Cannizzaro reaction from isobutyl aldehyde was studied. After that, 2,4-diisopropyl-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxanes was synthesized use –SO3H ionic liquid as catalyst. The activity of catalyst still keep high stability after was reused 8 times. This reaction was carried out under mild conditions in good yields, the experimental procedure is very simple and it may be applicable to large-scale production.更多还原
