【Abstract】 The catalytic activities of cobalt porphyrin catalysts vary with their structures. Consequently exploring the QSAR of cobalt porphyrin catalysts was one of the extremely attractive investigations. In this paper, substituted cobalt-porphyrin catalysts were synthesized and characterized. Catalytic activities of these catalysts were investigated by means of dioxygen liquid-phase oxidation of p-nitrotoluene (PNT) to p-nitrobenaldehyde as the model reaction. The QSAR of cobalt porphyrin catalysts was emphatically investigated and the regression equation TON=39639.79-440.24ELUMO-3054.11EL-H was obtained.
