3-羟基丙醛加氢制1,3-丙二醇Ni-M/HM催化剂的研究

【Abstract】 The Ni-M/HM supported catalyst has been used for hydrogenation of 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde to 1,3-propanediol. The deactivation of the catalyst has been studied by the method of activity evaluation, XRD, BET, TG-DTA, Atomic Absorption spectroscopy and Element Analysis. It is found that comparing to the fresh catalyst, the surface area and micropore volume of the deactivated catalyst have decreased, there is coke formed in the surface of the deactivated catalyst. The main reason of the deactivation of the catalyst is the deposit of the oligomers.
