典型POPs对蚯蚓的亚急性毒性研究

【摘要】 作为陆地上生物量最大的一类土壤动物,蚯蚓在农田生态系统的物质循环和能量流动中发挥着重要的作用,被誉为“改良土壤的能手”。然而,随着现代农业技术的应用,尤其是化学品, 如杀虫剂、杀菌剂、除草剂和化肥等的大量使用,给土壤动物区系造成了灾难性的后果,可能毁掉这一宝贵的自然财富。因此,研究农药对蚯蚓的毒性,是评价农药对生态环境安全性的一个重要指标。本文以属于POPs的有机氯农药DDT、林丹作为受试农药,同时以三氯杀螨醇、硫丹作为对照, 采用人工土壤法,在急性毒性试验的基础上,设计选定了最适观察剂量,研究了它们对蚯蚓的亚急性毒性,旨在为下一步科学评价有机氯农药污染的危害提供依据。研究结果表明四种有机氯农药对蚯蚓行为能力、生长情况、生殖能力都有不同程度的影响,蚯蚓可以作为评价外来化合物对生态环境尤其是土壤环境安全性的一种重要指示生物。
【Abstract】 As a main group of soil animal, earthworm play an important role in the substance cycling and energy transformation. However, application of modern agrotechnology, especially using of chemicals such as pesticide, bactericide, herbicide and fertilizer have brought enormous catastrophy to earthworms. Therefore the study about the toxicity of pesticide on earthworm is important to evaluate its effect to eco-environment safety. Two organochlorine pesticides DDT and lindane which are typical Persistent Organic Pollutants were used in this experiment, and Endosulfan and Dicofol were selected as control. In order to provide some gist to scientificly evaluating the pollution harm of organochlorine pesticides, we designed and selected the optimal dosage of these four pesticides on the base of acute toxicity experiment, and studied the effect of their subacute toxicity on earthworms. The result showed that the four organochlorine pesticides had different toxic effects on the survivals, growth and reproduction of earthworms, and the earthworm could be selected as the indicator of evaluating the effect of exotic compounds on the security of environment especially soil environment.
