林丹对斑马鱼(Brachydanio rerio)鳃和肝组织结构的影响

【摘要】 采用不同浓度的林丹(0.01,1.0,100.0ug·L-1)对斑马鱼进行了36d的暴露实验。结果显示,林丹浓度为0.01 ug·L-1时,斑马鱼的鳃和肝的显微结构未发生明显变化;而在1.0 ug·L-1的林丹水溶液中暴露36d后,与对照组相比,斑马鱼的鳃组织表现出异常:上皮细胞残损、脱落、鳃小片上皮细胞水肿以及柱细胞变形;当林丹水溶液浓度提高到100.0 ug·L-1时,曝露36d后,斑马鱼的鳃小片上皮细胞水肿、柱细胞变形,鳃小片之间有融合现象,反映了林丹对斑马鱼鳃的毒性。在1.0和100.0 ug·L-1林丹水溶液中暴露,鱼的肝细胞胞体肿大,胞质中出现空泡,细胞核明显萎缩变形或偏离中心;发生细胞溶解和核溶解的部位出现组织坏死,脂质沉积增加。比较林丹浓度为 1.0和100.0 ug·L-1的暴露结果,在100.0 ug·L-1时,斑马鱼的鳃和肝所受到的损害更严重。

【Abstract】 The histopathological effects of lindane on the gill and liver tissues of the zebrafish, Brachydanio rerio were determined by light microcopy. The fish were exposed to three concentrations of lindane (0.01, 1.0 and 100.0ug·L-1) for 36 days. This study showed that there were no significant gill and liver histopathological changes in the fish held in waters containing 0.01ug·L-1 of lindane. Gill alterations at 1.0 ug·L-1 of lindane included desquamation, oedema of the epithelial cells and deformation of pillar cells. After 36 days of exposure to 100.0 ug·L-1, oedema of the epithelial cells, deformation of pillar cells and fusion of the secondary lamellae were noticed, that showed the toxicity of lindane to the zebrafish. Exposed to 1.0 and 100.0ug·L-1 of lindane for 36 days, hepatic lesions in the liver tissues of the zebrafish were characterized by hypertrophy of hepatocytes, vacuolization, nuclear atrophy and deformation, focal necrosis and lipidosis. Exposed to 100.0ug·L-1 of lindane, the impairments of gill and liver of the zebrafish were more severe than that of 1.0ug·L-1.
