三峡库区城市给水处理厂多环芳烃分布变化评价研究

【摘要】 目的:多环芳烃PAHs(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons)为典型持久性有机污染物 (POPs-Persistent Organic Pollutants),具有明显的“三致”效应。三峡水库不仅为沿岸数千万人提供饮用水源,同时涉及到下游上亿人饮用水安全保障,掌握三峡库区城市给水厂PAHs含量水平及其在典型常规水处理工艺中的分布变化情况具有重要的理论和现实意义。方法:选用EPA推荐的GC/MS8270c测定方法,于2004年8月取样检测,确定了三峡库区6个城市自来水厂(重庆主城3个,库区3个)原水与出厂水的PAHs分布和种类,并于2005年2月和3月对主城某水厂两套常规处理工艺各工段中PAHs的含量水平进行了分析评价。结果:6个水厂的原水和出厂水中检出萘、菲、蒽、芘、荧蒽、二氢苊共6种PAHs,其中萘、蒽、荧蒽检出率较高,枯水期含量水平在1-40ng/L范围。两种常规水处理工艺中,各个工艺段均检出上述三种主要物质,浓度在各工艺段亦有所变化。结论:库区城市给水厂原水与出厂水均含有多种PAHs,但含量相对较低。PAHs经两种常规的水处理工艺后,浓度有所降低。但滤后水经加氯消毒等工序后,水体中的PAHs浓度有所增加。

【Abstract】 PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) is typical persistent organic pollutants and it has obvious domino effect of causing abnormality, cancer and mutation. The Three Gorges Reservoir not only is drinking water source for ten millions people reside in the reservoir region, but also impacts water quality security for hundred-millions of people downstream. So there are theoretical and practical significance to study the PAHs concentration level and distribution in conventional water treatment processes of purification plants in Three Gorges reservoir. GC/MS8270c testing method recommended by EPA was adopted in this detection. Category of the PAHs in raw water and effluent of six purification plants (3 plants in Chongqing downtown and 3 in reservoir region) were determined after three-day continuous sampling in August, 2004. And in February and March, 2005, PAHs concentration level and distribution were investigated and evaluated throughout two conventional treatment processes in a purification plant locates in Chongqing downtown. Six species of PAHs, such as naphthalene, phenanthrene, anthracene, pyrene, fluoranthene and acenaphthylene, has been detected in raw water and effluent of the six purification plants. Detectable rates of naphthalene, anthracene, fluoranthene were higher than others, concentration level of them in low water duration varied between 1 and 40ng/L. In two conventional treatment processes, above three species of PAHs has been detected in every treatment units and contents of them are different. A conclusion can be reached that there are several variety of PAHs in raw water and effluent in purification plants of Three Gorges Reservoir region, but concentration level is low. Concentration of PAHs fell down through the traditional treatment processes, but it rose slightly after disinfection (by chlorine).
