区带毛细管电泳法测定黄芩甙元、黄芩甙和绿原酸
Determination of baicalein, baicalin and chlo-rogenic acid by capillary zone electrophoresis

【摘要】 建立了一种区带毛细管电泳法测定柴黄口服液和清热口服液中黄芩甙元、黄芩甙和绿原酸的方法。在优化的条件下,3种物质在9 min内得到良好分离。黄芩甙元、黄芩甙和绿原酸峰面积和质量浓度分别在2—200、2~500和2~ 200 μg/mL范围内成良好线性。黄芩甙元、黄芩甙和绿原酸的检出限和加标回收率分别为0.32、0.44、0.64 μg/mL和97.5%、96.4%、102.3%。
【Abstract】 A method has been established to determine baicalein, baicalin and chlorogenic acid in chaihuang koufuye and qingre koufuye by capillary zone electro-phoresis. Under the optimized conditions, the three ana-lytes were well separated in 9 min. A good linear relaui-onship existed between peak area and concentration in the 2 - 200, 2 ~ 500 and 2 - 200 μg/mL concentration range for baicalein, baicalin and chlorogenic acid, respectively. The detection limits, based on three times noise were 0.32, 0.44, 0.64 μg/mL for baicalein, baicalin and chlorogenic acid, respectively. Recovery experiments were carried out to verify the viability of the developed method. The recovery for baicalein, baicalin and chlorogenic acid were 97.5%, 96.4% and 102.3 % , respectively.
