【摘要】 15N的天然丰度比13C低,其相对灵敏度为质子的0.19%,为13C的 2.1%;15N磁矩为-0.28304;核磁共振范围宽,其δ范围达800以上,15N NMR 化学位移和14N的基本一致;15N-NMR比13C对环境因素则更为敏感、复杂,氮谱对取代基的敏感性约为碳谱的2倍左右;氮的驰豫时间比13C长4~5倍;由1H 核引起的15N共振峰裂分符合n+1规则,1JNH比较大;NOE最大值可达到 -4.933;介绍了各类含氮化合物的15N-NMR化学位移的范围。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of 15N - NMR were summarized. The natural abundance of 15N is lower than13C and its relative sensitivity is 0.19% of 1H, and 2.1% of 13C, magnetic moment of 15N is -0.28304, so the resonance peaks of 15N are weak. The chemical shifts of 15N - NMR and 14N - NMR are almost identical, 15N -NMR spectrum extend over 800 ppm. 15 N - NMR is sensitive to environmental factors, the sensitivity of 15 N to substituent effect is about 2 times as 13 C. The relaxation period of 15 N is about 4 ~ 5 times as 13 C. The coupling constants 1 J NH are prominent. The NOE maximum of 15N- NMR can reach to -4.933. The ranges of 15N - NMR chemical shifts of various nitrogen compounds were presented.
