微波辐照合成氯喹酸烯丙酯的工艺研究

【摘要】 针对传统加热法合成氯喹酸烯丙酯工艺中存在耗时长、产率低等问题,研究建立了微波法合成氯喹酸烯丙酯的工艺,确定了最佳反应条件,并对所合成的产物进行了红外光谱、 1H核磁共振分析及熔点测试,结果表明产物为纯度较高的氯喹酸烯丙酯。将微波辐照法与传统加热法进行了对比,体现了微波辐照法在反应时间、反应产率及产物纯度等多方面的优越性。

【Abstract】 Contraposing some technical problems on traditional heating synthesis technique of the quinclorac allyl ester(QAE), such as time -consuming, low yield etc, the microwave irradiation synthesis technique of the QAE was researched and established. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained. And the ester was analyzed and characterized by the IR spectrum, the NMR spectrum and melting point measurement. All results showed that the production was QAE and purity of it was high. Contrasting yields of the microwave irradiation synthesis process with that of the traditional heating, so many advantages were represented on many different aspects such as reaction time, the reaction productive rate, the amount of catalyst, and the purity of production.
