敞开式循环冷却水系统结垢趋势判断

【摘要】 在工业循环冷却水中,结垢是普遍存在的困扰系统正常运行的一大难题。使用阻垢剂已成为目前控制结垢最常用的方法之一。准确、快速地对循环冷却水系统的结垢趋势进行判断对阻垢剂的合理应用非常重要。文中采用极限碳酸盐法、PH位移法、溶液电导率法等几种阻垢剂性能评定方法对循环水系统的结垢趋势进行了判断,实践证明这种方法简单、方便、准确,现场可操作性强。
【Abstract】 Scaling was an ubiquitous phenomenon in cooling water system. At present, scale inhibitors had alreadly been widely used as one of the most usual methods of scale controlling. It was very important to estimate scale-tendency rapidly and accurately in cooling water system. Some estimation methods, such as limit carbonate method, pH shift method and conductivity method etc. were introduced. It was proved these methods could be used as the estimation method of scale-tendency in the cooling water system.
