【摘要】 介绍了一种采用线阵CCD探测的紫外可见光谱仪的软、硬件结构及系统设计,给出了初步的测试结果。该光谱仪使用操作简便,测量速度快,性能优良,具有强大的光谱数据分析与处理功能,而且还独具远程操作和访问功能。预期该仪器除了可用于常规分析测试外,还适用于化学和生物等领域的动力学反应研究。
【Abstract】 A spectrophotometer based on linear CCD was developed. The structure and system designof the hardware and the software for the instrument were discussed. The elementary experimentalresults were given. These results showed that this instrument was an easy-used, fast and highperformance analytical instrument. What is more, it was of internet function of remote control andremote visit. By the powerful data processing and spectrum analyzing software, it will provide astrong tool for the routine analysis and the research on dynamic reaction in chemistry and biologyfields.
