利用加权对数拟合法求解荧光寿命
Solving the Fluorescence Lifetime by the Log-fit Method with Weight

【摘要】 荧光寿命的检测是荧光光学传感器的核心内容,国际上发展了多种手段。本文介绍了一种加权的对数拟合法,可以得到和非线性函数标准拟合方法——Levenburg-Marquardt方法非常接近的结果,但拟合时间大大缩短。文中给出了具体实验测试结果,结果显示这种方法的曲线偏差的情况与Levenburg-Marquardt方法非常一致。
【Abstract】 Measurement of the fluorescence lifetime is the key of the fluorescence optical sensors. Some methods are developed in the world. A new logarithm estimation method with weight is proposed. The results obtained by this method are very similar to the results got by Levenburg-Marquardt method, the standard non-linear function estimation method. On the other hand, the new method is much quicker than the Levenburg-Marquardt method. The experiments are given and the experimental results show the deviation curve of this new method is very similar to that of the Levenburg-Marquardt method.
