【摘要】 多氯联苯(PCBs)是目前国际上普遍关注的12种持久有机污染物之一,也称二(口恶)英类化合物(Persis- tent organic pollutants,POPs),是联苯的1-10氯代化合物,在地球的不同圈层(水、土壤、生物、河流及海洋沉积物等)中普遍检出,PCBs直接对水生生物产生毒害作用,间接危害人类健康,具有致癌、致畸作用。水体中颗粒有机碳(POC)和沉积物表面的PCBs水平高度相关,环境中的PCBs分析方法有液液、液固萃取,精制富集待测物色普、色质鉴定等方法。生物降解PCBs的主要途径包括好氧氧化、厌氧还原、以及厌氧和好氧过程协同作用。国际上研发了一系列PCBs的替代物,其毒性、蓄积性及其对环境的污染和人群健康的影响均比PCBs小。另外还研制了S.D.试剂和TiO2水系统降解PCBs

【Abstract】 Polychlorobiphenyls (PCBs), the analog of dioxins, was one of the twelve persistent organic pollutants (POPs), which were concerned to be forbidden in the world. PCBs can be found in every circle of our earth, such as aquatic, soil, organism, river and deposit in ocean. It was poisonous for aquatic organism and harmful for people’s health indirectly. It can lead to cancer, abnormal and mutation. The granule organism carbon in aquatic area was correlated with the level of PCBs at the surface of deposit. There were some methods about the analysis of PCBs in environment, including liquid-liquid and liquid-solid extraction, refine enrichment pending things chromatogram. Organism can degrade PCBs in several ways, including aerobiosis oxygenation, anaerobic deoxidize and the conspiracy between the aerobiotic and anaerobin. A series of substitutes of PCBs were invented, whose poisonous, sedimentation and effect on environment and people’s health were weaker than PCBs. The S.D. reagent and the water system of TiO2 were invented. Research on aquatic area and assessment method of PCBs were reviewed in this paper. It is presented that water contamination of PCBs and their toxicity on aquatic organism. The focus issues and degradation strategies of research were mentioned in this paper
