铬、镉对中华稻蝗谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活性的影响

【摘要】 本实验研究铬、镉对于中华稻蝗体内GST活性的影响。结果表明,铬、镉作用于中华稻蝗时,其体内GST活性发生变化。在实验浓度范围内,随着铬浓度的升高,GST的活性逐渐减小,当达到一定的浓度时, GST的活性开始增大:铬浓度在75 mg/kg下,雄性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最低,铬浓度在300 mg/kg下,雄性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最高;铬浓度在225 mg/kg下雌性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最低,铬浓度在450 mg/kg下, 雌性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最高。随着镉浓度的升高,GST的活性逐渐增大,当达到一定的浓度时,GST的活性开始减小:镉浓度在275 mg/kg下,雄性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最低,镉浓度在165 mg/kg下雄性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最高;镉浓度在220 mg/kg下雌性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最低,镉浓度在165 mg/kg下雌性中华稻蝗GST活性达到最高。上述研究结果表明,铬、镉作用于中华稻蝗具有明显的毒理作用
【Abstract】 Oxya chinensis were affected by different concentrations of chromium or cadmium, the different activities of GST were found in them. The result showed that the activities of GST were decreased with the increasing of concentrations of the chromium, and then they were increased with the increasing of concentrations of the chromium. The activities of both male and female were the lowest, when the concentrations of chromium were 75 mg/kg and 225 mg/kg, respectively. The activities of both male and female were the highest, when the concentrations of chromium were 300 mg/kg and 450 mg/kg, respectively. The result in this study showed that the activities of GST were increased with the increasing of concentrations of the cadmium, and then they were decreased with the increasing of concentrations of the cadmium. The activities of both male and female were the lowest, when the concentrations of cadmium were 275 mg/kg and 220 mg/kg, respectively. The activities of both male and female were the highest, when the concentrations of cadmium were 165 mg/kg and 165 mg/kg, respectively. The result of the research showed that Oxya chinensis were affected distinct by different concentrations of Chromium or Cadmium
