虾夷扇贝海区生态采苗初探

【摘要】 <正>于2005年5月至8月,在大连黑石礁海区进行了虾夷扇贝生态采苗试验。采苗期间水温为10℃-20℃,盐度29-30,PH 8.0-8.4。采用NS103号、网目55μm、网口直径30cm的浮游生物网,对采集海区虾夷扇贝浮游动体的水平及垂直分布进行了调查,探明了虾夷扇贝幼体的密度、大小和分布,从而确定采苗袋的投放的时机。采苗袋由30目聚丙烯纱网制成, 规格为40cm×20cm,袋内填充的附着基主要是废旧的采苗袋、旧网片和聚乙烯单丝。采集

【Abstract】 From May to July in 2005, a primary study was done for ecological collection of spat Patinopectn yessoensis in north of Yellow sea near Dalian. In the procedure of the experiment, the temperature of water ranged from 10℃to20℃, salinity 29-30, PH 8.0-8.4. A plankton net of 30cm net mouth made from banderoles mesh of 55μm. By accounting in a microscope, the larval density size and distributing in water level can be calculated. Thus the optimum time of putting collecting bags could be figured out. The bags were made by 30μm polypropylene net, and it filled by disused nets, polyethylene monofilament .The result of ecological collection of spat was as follows: the number of juveniles was between 292 to 708 and average in 335 per bag, the shell length was between 1.10cm to 1.62cm and average in 1.17cm. It is obvious that the number of juveniles is different in different water levels, and the number increases by the water deepening. The ecological juveniles collected from sea are better in habitus, disease resistance and survival rate than artificial spat So the method is simple and low investment which should be a good way to product spat at high efficiency.
