邯郸热电厂煤粉混合器下粉不畅的原因分析

【摘要】 煤粉混合器是保证煤粉连续均匀地落入一次风管,避免煤粉的堆积并产生尽可能小阻力的一种混合装置。它的正常运行直接影响锅炉的安全和经济性。邯郸热电厂#10锅炉自投运以来一直存在下粉不畅现象,严重影响其正常生产。为确定其产生原因,采用FLUENT软件进行了煤粉混合器的静压分布和速度分布的数值模拟,并搭建冷态模拟试验台进行验证。根据数值模拟与冷态试验结果以及实际运行情况,指出煤粉混合器的结构、煤质变化与压力分布变化是引起邯郸热电厂煤粉混合器下粉不畅的主要原因。结果对于现场改造具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Disperser is a mixture device which ensures pulverized coal falling into primary air tube continuously and uniformly, avoids accumulation and has lower resistance as possible. Its failure-free operation has great impact on the security and economy of the boiler. For the #10 boiler of Handan thermal power plant, congestion in the disperser has been existed since its commissioning test. To make sure of its causation, numerical simulation of static pressure and velocity distributions using FLUENT software is processed. And an experimental installation is built to validate the result of numerical simulation. According to the result of numerical simulation, cold model experiment and field operation, main cause of congestion are construction of disperser, change of coal quality and change of pressure distribution. This conclusion is support to guide the field retrofit.
