纳米TiO2/SiO2的制备及光催化性能研究

【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2/SiO2复合物,用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其相组成和结构进行了表征。纳米TiO2/SiO2粒子形状基本为球形,粒径大小为20~50 nm。纳米TiO2/SiO2粒子在降解苯酚过程中表现出高催化活性,其中配比为90/10(Ti/Si质量比)的TiO2/SiO2粒子催化性能最好。
【Abstract】 Nanosized complex materials TiO2/SiO2 were prepared by Sol-Gel method, and then were characterized for their structure and phase by XRD and SEM. From the analysis,anatase TiO2 particles were uniformly dispersed in amorphous SiO2 and nanosized TiO2/SiO2 particles were spherical and the sizes were almost in the range of 20-50 nm. In addition, nanosized TiO2/SiO2 particles show high photocatalytic activity on phenol decomposition and TiO2/SiO2(90/10, weight ratio) particles show the highest activity.
