Mg-Y-Nd合金纳米析出相的电子显微研究

【摘要】 采用高分辨透射电子显微镜研究Mg-3.24Y-3Nd合金200℃时效6 h的纳米析出相。结果表明,在此时效条件下,析出相呈片状形貌沿着镁基体的 {11-20}Mg面析出。通过对60个这种析出相分析得出,沿镁基体[0001]Mg方向观察,其平均长度为14.5 nm,厚度为1.7 nm。高分辨像研究表明,此时效条件下还存在一种过渡结构,其属于正交晶系,晶胞常数:a=aMg,b=31/2aMg,c=cMg。
【Abstract】 Nano-precipitates in the Mg-3.24Y-3Nd alloy aged at 2001℃for 6 hours have been studied using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results show that precipitates aged at 200℃ for 6 hours have platelet morphology with habit planes along the (11-20)Mg planes. Viewed along the [0001]Mg zone axis of the matrix, the average length and width of precipitates measured from 60 precipitates are 14.5 nm and 1.7 nm, respectively. HRTEM observations reveal that there exists a kind of orthorhombic transition structure in the Mg-Y-Nd alloy aged at 200℃ for 6 hours. The lattice parameters of this transition structure are a=aMg,b=31/2aMg,c = cMg,respectively.
