微量Ce对Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金时效纳米析出相的影响

【摘要】 采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)以及能谱分析(EDS)等分析手段,研究了微量稀土元素Ge对Al-4.0Cu-0.4Mg-0.5 Ag(质量分数)合金时效纳米析出相的影响。结果表明:合金中添加质量分数为0.1%的稀土元素Ce后,会在晶界处生成粗大的稀土化合物。时效处理后,合金中的主要强化相仍为Ω相和θ’相,但是强化相变得粗化。但稀土元素Ge的添加不会影响Ω相与基体界面处Ag元素的分布。因此,稀土元素Ge的添加对Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金时效纳米析出相的影响过程间接而复杂。在Al-Cu- Mg-Ag合金中添加稀土元素Ge,应注意调整Ge与Mg、Ag合金元素之间的适当比例。

【Abstract】 The effect of small amount of rare earth Ce on aging nano-precipitates in the Al-4.0 Cu-0.4 Mg-0.5 Ag (wt%) alloy has been studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis. The results show that some coarsened rare earth compounds are formed in grain boundaries due to the addition of 0.1 wt % rare earth Ce in the alloy. After aging treatment at 185℃, the main strengthening phases in the alloy with Ce addition are still Ω and θ’ phases, but they become coarsened. Nevertheless, the addition of Ce does not affect the distribution of Ag on the interface between a Ω phase and matrix. Our results suggest that the effect of Ce addition on the formation of nano-precipitates in the Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy is indirect and complex. In order to obtain the best strengthening effect by adding Ce to Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys with different compositions,much attention should be paid to the addition proportion of Ce with respect to Ag and Mg contents.
