静电纺再生丝素纳米纤维的结构与性能

【摘要】 研究了静电纺丝素纳米纤维的形态和微细结构及其水溶性和力学性能。结果表明:丝素纳米纤维(膜)具有高比表面积和孔隙率,具有高的水溶性,并受纤维形态的影响,经甲醇处理后其水溶性下降,强度提高,这为其生物医用奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The morphology and microstructure of electrospun regenerated silk fibroin nanofibers were researched, as well as their water solubility and mechanics performance. The results showed that the silk fibroin nanofibers(membrane) had high surface area to volume ratio, high porosity and high water solubility, which were influenced by the morphology of nanofibers. However, after methanol treatment, the water solubility decreased and the strength increased, which establish the base for its application to biomedicine.
