家蚕五龄第一天与第四天后部丝腺蛋白质双向电泳图谱比较

【摘要】 采用蛋白质双向电泳和图像分析技术,研究了家蚕不同品种五龄期后部丝腺细胞的蛋白质组成变化.发现不同品种家蚕从五龄第1天到第4天后部丝腺细胞蛋白质组成的变化各不相同,说明不同品种之间五龄期后部丝腺细胞的生理代谢变化存在一定差异,可能与细胞分泌丝素蛋白的能力有关.
【Abstract】 Using two-dimensional electrophoresis of protein and image analysis system, researched changes of protein forms in posterior silkgland cell of 5th instar stage from different breed of silkworm Bombyx mori. It is discovered that from 1st day to 4th day in 5th instar stage, for different breed of silkworm Bombyx mori, the changes of protein forms in posterior silkgland cell are different,imply tha changes of physiological metabolism vary from different breed, which may associated with the ability of cell secreting fibroin protein.
