【摘要】 采用生殖力生命表综合参数Jackknife统计推断技术和生存分析中Wilcoxon(Gehan)统计方法,对寄主为桑树的朱砂叶螨种群水平上的亚致死效应进行了研究。在(30±1)(?),RH70±15%,16L:8D光照条件下,朱砂叶螨卵受毒死蜱亚致死剂量LC35处理后,雌成螨寿命、子代卵孵化率、性比与对照组差异不显著,而每雌总产卵量显著低于对照组;处理组内禀增长率为0.3279±0.0033,对照组的内禀增长率为0.3717±0.0043,处理组内禀增长率显著低于对照组,结果表明朱砂叶螨卵受毒死蜱LC35亚致死剂量处理后种群的生态适合度降低。

【Abstract】 The LC35 sublethal effect of chlorpyrifos on population dynamics in Carmine spider mites, tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval, was investigated using Jackknife technique and Wilcoxon(Gehan) statistic in laboratory conditions of (30±1)℃ and 70±15% RH with a photoperiod of 16L:8D. Chlorpyrifos-treated T. cinnabarinus resulted in a significant reduction in the total oviposition:42.37±2. 270, compared to 52.50±2.433 in the untreated females, but we could not detect any increase or decrease in the longevity of female adult , F1 hatchability and sex ratio of T. cinnabarinus exposed to chlorpyrifos of LC35 sublethal concentration. Exposure to Chlorpyrifos treatments reduced the intrinsic rate of increase , the intrinsic rate of increase dropped from 0.3717±0.0043 at untreated control to 0.3279±0.0033 at LC35. These data suggest that the population ecological fitness of T. cinnabarinus is decreased by eggs exposed to chlorpyrifos of LC35 sublethal concentration.
