桑树生长调控因子mBES1的克隆初报

【摘要】 植物激素油菜素内酯是一种通过膜受体进行信号转导的甾醇类激素,调控植物细胞延伸,维管束发育,细胞死亡,胁迫应答和光形态形成等多种生长和发育过程.BSE1基因是油菜素信号传导途径中的一个核内转录因子,能与具有碱性螺旋环螺纹结构的BIM1协同结合在油菜素内酯诱导靶基因启动子的Ebox (CANNTG)上诱导靶基因表达.实验对桑树中相同功能基因进行了克隆并进行了初步研究,但其功能还需进一步验证.
【Abstract】 Plant steroid hormones called brassinosteroids (BRs) are membrane-receptor mediated, regulate many growth and developmental processes, such as cell elongation, vascular development, senescence, stress response and photomorphogenesis. BES1 can interact with BIM1 to synergistically bind to E box present in many BR-induced promoters. Mulberry BES1-like gene is cloned and sequenced in this study. It has no obvious homologous with Arabidopsis BES1 and has tissue specific expression. But its function need further identification.
