观赏荷花、向日葵辐射诱变新品种选育研究

【摘要】 利用60Co-γ射线对观赏荷花莲子、种藕和向日葵种子进行辐射,结果表明:种藕辐照适宜剂量为10-20Gy,莲子辐照适宜剂量为30-60Gy,向日葵种子辐照适宜剂量为100-200Gy;荷花红色系和复色系品种较易发生变异;向日葵复色系品种易产生诱变,已选育出4个观赏荷花和4个向日葵优良品系。
【Abstract】 The seeds and stems of ornamental lotus and the seeds of sunflower were irradiated by 60Co γ ray. The results showed that the optimal doses of seeds of ornamental lotus were considered to be 10-20Gy and stems of ornamental lotus were considered to be 30-60Gy, and 100-200Gy is the appropriate irradiation doses to the seeds of sunflower. The varieties with red and multi-color flower of ornamental lotus and multi-color flower of sunflower were more mutable. Four varieties of ornamental lotus and four varieties of sunflower were selected.
