知母中的生物碱
Studies on the alkaloids of Anemarrhena asphodeloides

【摘要】 目的研究知母中的生物碱成分。方法Sephadex LH-20,Rp-18及硅胶色谱柱分离纯化, 根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了7个生物碱,分别为aurantiamide acetate (Ⅰ)、aurantiamide(Ⅱ)、环(酪.亮)二肽(Ⅲ)、香豆酰基酪胺(Ⅳ)、N-反式阿魏酰基酪胺(Ⅴ)、Ⅳ-顺式阿魏酰基酪胺(Ⅵ)、烟酸(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从百合科植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ为首次从知母中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the alkaloids of Anemarrhena asphodeloides. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20, Rp-18 and silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data (IR, FAB-MS, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR). Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as: aurantiamide acetate (I), aurantiamide (II), cyclo(Tyr-Leu) (III), N-p-coumaroyltyramine(IV), N-trans-feruloyltyramine( V ), N-cis-feruloyltyramine(VI), and nicotinic acid(VII), respectively. Conclusion: For the first time, compounds 1-6 were separated from Liliacae plant, and compounds 1-7 were obtained from this plant.
