【摘要】 目的: 制备口服胸腺肽肠溶微球,并对其体外释药特性进行评价。方法以聚丙烯酸树脂II号为载体材料,用改良的 o／o液中干燥法制备胸腺肽肠溶微球,筛选乳化剂,考察了制各温度对包封率和微球体外释药特性的影响。结果采用复合乳化剂制备得到分散性好、圆整度佳的胸腺肽微球;提高制备温度,药物包封率略有降低,而体外突释减少。结论用改良的o／o液中干燥法,采用复合乳化剂制备得到胸腺肽肠溶微球,但微球体外酸中释药明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare enteric microspheres containing thymosin, and evaluate its in vitro release profiles. METHODS Thymosin-loaded enteric microspheres were prepared by modified oil-in-oil (o/o) emulsion solvent evaporation method, acrylic acid resin II was used as carrier material. The effects of process parameters on drug encapsulation efficiency and in vitro release profiles were investigated. RESULTS By adopting lecithin and Span80 as mixture emulsifier, sphere-shaped microparticles containing thymosin were prepared successfully. The entrapment efficiency and the release in acid medium decreased when the temperature increased. CONCLUSION Modified o/o emulsion solvent evaporation method can be adopted to prepare thymosin-loaded enteric microspheres successfully.更多还原
