稀土水杨酸8-羟基喹啉三元配合物对放线菌抑制作用的研究

【摘要】 稀土水杨酸8-羟基喹啉的三元配合物对真菌具有抑制作用。放线菌是重要的土壤微生物,部分种类是动植物的病原体,以Y,La,Sm 的水杨酸8-羟基喹啉三元配合物用滤纸条法对放线菌进行抑菌试验。结果表明,稀土水杨酸8-羟基喹啉对放线菌的抑菌效果明显强于其配体水杨酸(H2sal)和8-羟基喹啉(Hhq),3种稀土水杨酸8-羟基喹啉三元配合物的抑菌效果依次为Sm(Hsal)2hq>La(Hsal)2hq>Y(Hsal)2hq。

【Abstract】 It is known that the ternary complexes of rare earth ions with 8-hydroxyquinoline have inhibition effect against fungus. Actinomycete is a species of the important microorganisms in soil. Some species of ac-tinomycete are the pathogens of animal or plant. The ternary complexes of yttrium, samarium and lanthanum with salicylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline, were determined by an assay of filter-paper against actinomycete. The results show that the inhibition of the ternary complexes of rare earth ions against actinomycete is more significant than of their ligand, salicylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline. The activities against actinomycete of the ternary complexes of rare earth ions with salicylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline are as followings from high to low: Sm(Hsal)2hq > La(Hsal)2hq > Y (Hsal)2hq.
