La2O3对柠檬酸盐法制备(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93Ba0.07TiO3陶瓷压电和铁电性能的影响

【摘要】 在(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93Ba0.07TiO3中添加La2O3,研究La2O3添加剂对于该组成压电性能和铁电性能的影响。采用柠檬酸盐法合成了具有单一钙钛矿结构的(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93Ba0.07TiO3+x%La2O3(x=0-0.8)超细粉料(-100 nm)。当La2O3的添加量较低时(x≤0.2),陶瓷样品的压电性能随La2O3添加量的增加而趋于提高。x=0.2时,陶瓷样品的压电常数d33达到最大值188 pC·N-1,但添加La2O3也使得样品的介电损耗 (tgδ)有所增加。当La2O3添加量达到0.3%以后,陶瓷样品的压电性能随着La2O3添加量的增加而急剧降低,同时陶瓷样品的电滞回线出现变形。
【Abstract】 Effect of the La2O3 addition on the piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93 Ba0.07TiO3 composition was examined. (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93 Ba0.07TiO3 + x% La2O3(x=0-0.8) powders were synthesized by a citrate method. It is found that fine and homogeneous powder ( - 100 nm) with a pure perovskite structure can be produced by calcining at 600 ℃ for 1 h . When the amount of La2O3 is less than 0.2%, the La2O3 addition improves the piezoelectric properties of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93 Ba0.07 TiO3 ceramic, whereas there is a slight increase in dielectric loss (tgδ) with the La2O3 addition. The piezoelectric constant attains the maximum value of d33= 188 pC·N-1 at x =0.2. Further increasing the amount of La2O3 above 0.3 % results a rapid degradation of piezoelectric properties and a deformation of P-E hysteresis loop.
