商品流通及其管制:商品学的重要研究内容

【摘要】 商品是交换、消费的对象,商品流通及其管制是商品使用价值的实现条件,作为研究商品使用价值及其变化规律的商品学,理应将商品流通及其管制作为研究内容,而这在以往的研究实践中没能得到应有的重视。由于商品本身所涉及的内容领域太广,研究商品流通及其管制,必须处理好商品学科研究内容和其它相关学科研究内容的关系,本文紧扣商品学的定义,从商品国际化流通及其管制的视角,提出应将商品流通方式、商品流通加工、商品专卖制度、商品召回和报废制度、商品准入管制等作为商品学的重要研究内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 The object of consuming and exchange is commodity. The circulation and relative regulations underlie the realization of the worthiness of commodities. The Commodology ( science dedicated to the study of commodities) should be focus on commodity circulation and concerning regulations and tries to reveal the general laws beneath. Unfortunately, these core themes were seriously ignored by former studies in this field. As commodities have a very wide involvement, this subject must shape proper frontiers with some other fields concerned. This paper, started from defining the Commodology, emphasized upon increasingly internationalized commodity circulation and regulation and held up that Commodology, as a kind of commodity sciences, should give greatest importance to commodity processing, circulation, monopolistic regulation, return for repair, rejecting and market access.更多还原
