微小型发动机摩擦学问题的研究

【摘要】 从摩擦学的角度分析微小型发动机柱塞和气缸副的运动及受力特点,利用3维平均雷诺方程和粗糙峰接触应力理论建立其动力学模型。对某型0.33cc发动机工作周期内摩擦、润滑和接触等情况的模拟计算表明,合理调整间隙、速度和连杆位置等参数可以有效减少接触;设计柱塞轮廓和表面形貌是改进其性能的有效途径。
【Abstract】 Based on average Reynolds equation and asperity contact theory, a mathematical model of piston-cylinder wall system of micro engines is presented. The surface roughness, the effect of temperature on viscosity and dynamical characteristics of micro engines have been taken into account and comparatively investigated with the previous models. A computer program has been developed to calculate the entire secondary motion of piston and hydrodynamic and contact friction forces. The analytical results of 0.33cc micro engine under various running conditions demonstrate that the contact between the piston and cylinder wall can be reduced by adjusting the parameters such as clearance, speed and position of the connect rod properly. And the performance of the micro engines can be effectively improved by appropriate designing of the piston surface profile and topography.
