含氮硼酸酯与硫化异丁烯配伍性研究

【摘要】 含氮硼酸酯BNA是一种新型环保型抗磨减摩添加剂,硫化异丁烯是使用广泛的传统极压抗磨添加剂,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机对它们的复配体系的润滑性能进行了研究:采用X射线光电子能谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对磨痕表面进行了分析。结果显示,二者复合在一定配比范围内对体系的极压和抗磨性能均具有协同效应;钢球磨损表面形成了由FeSO4、FeS、B2O3、N-B-O及O-Fe-B等多组分构成的保护膜,从而使得摩擦学性能得以改善。

【Abstract】 N-containing borate BNA is a novel friction-reducing and anti-wear additive. Sulphurized isobutylene (SO) as an EP additive is applied widely to lubricating oils. Thus the synergistic effect of the N-containing borate BNA and sulphurized isobutylene (SO) was studied with a four-ball machine. The tribochemical reaction of the complex additive system with rubbing surfaces was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the EP and AW properties of the complex system of BNA and SO additives show synergetic effect. The complex protecting film composed of FeSO4, FeS, B2O3, N-B-O and O-Fe-B contributed to improve the tribological behavior of the lubricant.
