硫化铜-聚苯胺复合纳米微粒的制备及摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】 用乳液聚合的方法合成了硫化铜-聚苯胺复合纳米微粒,并对其形貌进行了表征,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察了硫化铜-聚苯胺复合纳米微粒添加剂对液体石蜡抗磨性能的影响。结果表明,复合纳米微粒为纺锤状,平均粒径约250 nm,其作为新型润滑油添加剂具有良好的抗磨性能,能显著提高基础油的失效载荷。
【Abstract】 Cupric sulfide-polyaniline (CuS-PAn) composite nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion polymerization. The observation of the resulting nanoparticles with a transmittance electron microscope shows that they have an averaged size of about 250nm and are uniformly distributed in some organic solvents. The effect of CuS-PAn nanoparticles as additive on the antiwear ability and load-carrying capacity of liquid paraffin was investigated on a four-ball machine. The results indicate that CuS-PAn nanoparticles as additive can increase the antiwear ability and load-carrying capacity of the base stock considerably.
