液体润滑油的密度研究

【摘要】 本文提出了润滑油的密度与压力P、温度T的关系模型,给出了两种润滑油的实验和理论计算结果,两者吻合很好。密度-压力及密度-温度曲线指出了润滑油的玻璃态转换点和液气相变点。文中润滑油的测试压力高达1.2GPa,温度可以高于液气相变点该。该密度模型不仅适用于矿物油还适用于合成油的密度计算。
【Abstract】 A theoretical model about the influence of temperature T and pressure p on the density of liquid lubricants is described. Theoretical results for two different kinds of liquid lubricants were obtained. They correlate well with data measured by different experimental techniques. Characteristics of the p-T-density curves including glass transition and phase change point are correctly predicted by the model. The paper presents results for pressures up to 1.2 GPa and for temperatures higher than phase change points of the lubricants. Further, it is shown that the model can be used for both mineral oils and synthetic oils.
