TZP陶瓷的高温磨损机理研究

【摘要】 研究了TZP陶瓷在室温至600℃范围内的摩擦学特性及磨损机制,结果表明,TZP陶瓷在室温时的磨损机制是表面断裂:在200℃时由于对偶Si3N4陶瓷表面发生了氧化及水解反应,形成的柱状磨屑起到了滚动轴承的作用,所以TZP/Si3N4摩擦副表现出最低的摩擦系数和最佳的抗磨性能:在600℃下 TZP陶瓷发生了严重的表面断裂和磨粒磨损。
【Abstract】 The tribological properties and wear mechanisms of TZP ceramics up to 600℃ have been investigated. Under ambient temperature the wear mechanism of TZP ceramics is surface fracture. Under 200 ℃, forming of cylinder-like wear debris on Si3N4 ceramics as a result of chemical reaction with O2 and H2O, which acted as rolling bearing, TZP/Si3N4 sliding couple exhibits the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate. However, up to 600 ℃, TZP ceramics take very serious wear due to surface fracture and abrasive wear.
