FEP/PTFE聚合物合金基复合材料的摩擦学特性

【摘要】 本文用X射线衍射研究了FEP/PTFE聚合物合金的形成,发现聚合物合金晶区的密度高于FEP及PTFE 的晶区密度,解释了聚合物合金化后体积收缩的原因.对FEP/PTFE聚合物合盒摩擦学性能的研究表明,FEP在聚合物合金中的含量为40%时,材料有最佳的摩擦学综合性能.本文研究了硬质粒子和自润滑粒子分别填充的FEP/PTFE聚合物合金基复合材料的滑动摩擦学特性.结果表明,从提高复合材料的耐磨性考虑,填充硬质粒子的最佳含量为15%左右,填充自润滑粒子的最佳含量为20%-30%.研究还发现,30%Cu填充的FEP/PTFE聚合物合金复合材料具有最高的耐磨性,比纯PTFE提高了3个数量级.

【Abstract】 The formation of FEP/PTFE blend was studied by means of X-ray diffraction. It was found that the density of the blend in crystal regions was higher than both of pure FEP and PTFE. This was the reason why the blend contracted after formation process. The tribological behaviors of the blend with various FEP content were evaluated on a Timken wear tester. It was found that the blend with FEP content of 40% possessed the best anti-wear behaviors. The tribological behaviors of the polymer blend based composites filled with various filler were also investigated in this paper. The results shown that the optimal volume content for hard filler was about 15%, and 20%-30% to self lubricating filler. And the anti-wear behavior of the 30% Cu filled FEP/PTFE polymer blend composite were 3 orders higher than that of the basic FEP/PTFE blend.
