工程对数滚子摩擦副的弹流特性

【摘要】 本文提出的工程对数凸型不仅能有效地消除有限长滚子摩擦副的边缘效应,而且克服了Lundberg对数凸型的缺陷,等温、富油工况下弹流特性的研究表明,工程对数滚子摩擦副在目前众多修形摩擦副中具有最佳的润滑特性.
【Abstract】 In order to remedy the defects of the Lundberg’s logarithmic profile in finite roller profile design, an engineering logarithmic profile is introduced in this paper. The new profile can not only completely eliminate the edge effects, but consider the effects of the length/width ratio of the contact area. A numerical analysis of an isothermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) of the new rollers is presented. The roller contacts with engineering logarithmic profile show a marked superiority in EHL performence to the contacts with other profiles, such as straight, dub-off or crown profiles. The logarithmic profile might be an optimal selection in tribological design of finite contact elements .
