【Abstract】 Since the 1990s , many researchers started to pay attention to a new type of company called “Born Globals”. On the bases of reviewing and summarizing literatures, the paper analyzed the existence of Born Globals and their differences from traditional international companies. The paper also discussed the driving forces and mechanism of Born Global. Finally, it pointed out future research directions.更多还原
