【摘要】 本文通过分析奥运观众进场检票、安检的排队系统特点以及奥运服务要求,从调查数据的分析,介绍奥运比赛观众到达模型,结合奥运比赛常规措施,不同场馆特点构造奥运场馆观众进场排队模型。分析事件流的特点以及在应用中的差别;检票、安检服务的分析,通过排队系统理论公式,利用解析方法分析各关键指标。并且,将场馆环境、组织安排、设施特点等综合纳入仿真平台,构建观众进场排队仿真模型,通过软件分析仿真统计分析关键指标,对比分析两类方法的特点,指出针对不同阶段规划要求,制定相应的观众服务、行人交通组织方案和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the system character of Olympic spectators’ ingress in ticket checking and security examination and the requirements of Olympic services are analyzed. Spectator arrival model is constructed after analysis of survey data in the spot. Then spectator ingress queue model of Olympic venue is built, according to the operation management and the characters of venue. And the event flow analysis and the practice are also discussed. After analysis on ticket checking and security examination, the resolved criteria can be gotten, based on queue system theory equations. Furthermore, spectator queue model is constructed in pedestrian simulation software consist of venue condition, operation and facilities. The key data is used into the advice on spectator service, pedestrian operation and management, according to phase requirements. As a result, the difference of the methods and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.更多还原
