混杂纤维混凝土抗裂及抗渗性能试验研究

【摘要】 采用最紧密堆积理论设计的混凝土,粉煤灰作为细骨料设计,骨料保持最紧密堆积状态,在粉煤灰掺量达 34%时,混凝土早期强度不降低、后期耐久性能良好。在此种混凝土中混杂掺入二种不同模量的纤维-耐碱玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维,纤维混杂掺入混凝土中提高了混凝土的抗拉强度和早期抵抗塑性开裂的能力。

【Abstract】 The theory of the most compact has been applied to design the mix proportion of the concrete. In this design, the fly ash has been used as fine aggregate and all aggregates hold the statement of the most compact. As the amount of the fly ash reaches to 34%, the early strength of the concrete doesn’t decrease and good durability can be achieved in the later stage. Then, two kinds of fibers -AR-glass fiber and polypropylene fiber with different elastic modulus have been added into the concrete. The results reveal that the hybrid fibers can increase the tensile strength and the capacity of resisting early plastic shrinkage.
